We took a trip to Pinehurst Resort in May to get a sneak peek at Course No. 2 as it begins it transformation to host the US Open in June

    Unlike any other US Open, there is no rough at Pinehurst No. 2 this year. The course was recently restored to Donald Ross' original design. Hard-pan waste areas and wire grass liters the golf course.
