CHARLESTON, SC - Charleston's International Longshoreman's Association recently voted to authorize a strike at the Port of Charleston.
No strike has happened yet and workers are continuing to move cargo on and off the ships at the port's terminals.
Although no strike has occurred, union foreman Leonard Riley told News 2 the Association is very concerned. He wouldn't discuss specifics and said issues remain unresolved.
Erin Dhand, the Port Authority spokesperson, said the port is operating as usual and wouldn't comment.
