School districts in the lowcountry are beginning to announce make-up days after the two winter storms.

The board approved Tuesday night to have one of the make-up days be April 21, which was formerly a teacher work day.

May 26, Memorial Day, will also be a makeup day.

March 21 was originally scheduled as a half-day for elementary and middle schools, but now it will be a full day for all students.
